InnovaCore Digital was founded in 2014 with a simple belief: businesses deserve technology support that is responsive, honest and refreshingly human.
Our story
Built on a frustration we kept hearing
Our founder, a systems engineer with fifteen years in enterprise IT, kept hearing the same story from business owners: their IT provider was slow to respond, impossible to understand and only ever called to sell something.
InnovaCore Digital started in 2014 as a one-person practice with three clients and a straightforward promise — respond fast, fix it properly and explain it in plain English. That promise hasn't changed. The team has simply grown to 24 engineers, analysts and client managers across Australia.
Today we support more than 180 organisations nationwide — accounting and legal practices, logistics companies, manufacturers, schools and not-for-profits — with the same responsiveness we offered on day one.

- 2014
Founded as a one-person practice with three clients and a promise: respond fast, fix it properly, explain it plainly.
- 2017
Launched our remote helpdesk and grew the engineering team to six.
- 2020
Migrated more than 60 clients to cloud-first ways of working in a single quarter.
- 2022
Achieved certified partner status with Microsoft and expanded to clients nationwide.
- 2025
Passed 180 businesses under management with a team of 24 specialists across Australia.
